Who usually gets the story first, PR or internal comms? If a company is operating well, they both should get it at the same time, but that doesn't always happen, I'd imagine, because of politics or miscommunication or forgetfulness. If it's PR getting the story first, to your point about mixternal comms, internal comms should be grabbing content from PR, too.
